• Do you accept phone orders?

• How can I check on my order?
1. Long into “MY ACCOUNT” located at the top of the page and click on “ORDERS”
2. Check order status
> If it is Payment Pending you need to complete the payment
> If it is Cancelled, and you did not cancel it contact us
> If it is On Hold, you need to complete the bank transfer and give send us the confirmation to speed up the process.
> If it is Complete, we are processing/shipping your order, you will get a notification on e-mail once it is shipped
4. If you did not receive any notification emails, please check your email spam filter
> Select as a trusted website domain in your spam filter
5. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be shipped

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Most items are reordered. You may contact a local store to check availability of an item. *Please note that an item number is necessary to check the inventory.

• Can I modify or adjust my order?
No.  Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

• How quickly do you ship?
We use TNT services for shipping purposes.

• Do you have a B’lingo Catalog?
B’lingo does not have a catalog. You may purchase B’lingo merchandise at any of our retail stores or by ordering online at

• How can I return or exchange my merchandise?
At this time we do not accept returns, however you may exchange a product within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please contact customer service at (+351) 938 042 220 to receive further instructions. If you received an item as a gift from B’lingo, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within fourteen (14) days of delivery. You, the gift recipient, must pay the difference in price.
All Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its original condition.

• Why do you ask me to register?
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
